Pre-loaded medical vocabulary (CIM-10, ATC, RPPS), automatic anonymisation before export, hosting through an HDS-certified provider on a project basis within the agreed scope — or on-premise within your institution. HDS is a French framework, not a TranscribIA certification or automatic equivalent of other countries' rules. Processing health data requires a lawful basis under GDPR Article 6 and an applicable Article 9 condition, to be checked by the controller: strict isolation by institution, complete access log, signable data processing agreement (Article 28 DPA).
