All documents provided to IT, security, DPO and procurement teams are available here in Word format. Each file carries its version number; template documents (on-premise, declaration, sales terms) are adapted for each project. Contractual documents are working drafts to review with your legal adviser before signature.
All six documents are available in French, English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. Downloads follow this page’s language. Each edition includes an annex on rules applicable in France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal, to be read according to the project’s actual country. The French text is authoritative. DPA v1.2-draft remains a draft; templates must be completed and reviewed before signature. Application screenshots may remain in French.
