Data collected on this public website
The website www.transcribia.eu collects only the data you provide through the contact form : name, work email, organisation, sector, message. This information is used exclusively to handle your enquiry.
Website language
Your explicit language choice may be saved in your browser's local storage under the key transcribia_language, solely to remember that preference. This storage is not used for advertising or profiling; you can clear it in your browser settings. Browser language may suggest a language version, without determining your country, supervisory authority or applicable law.
Analytics
At present, no audience measurement tool is active on this public website: no trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no telemetry. If audience measurement is enabled in future, we will use Plausible Analytics (open source, self-hosted, cookieless). Implementation arrangements and information and consent obligations will be reassessed before activation; the absence of cookies alone does not establish an exemption.
Data processed on the platform
If you use the TranscribIA platform (client.transcribia.eu), data processing is governed by the public compliance pack which details the processing register, subprocessors, retention periods, security measures and procedures for exercising your GDPR rights.
Innovative processing — transparency statement
Since May 2026, the TranscribIA platform has offered an optional speaker identification feature using ephemeral voice comparison between two sessions within the same tenant. This processing involves temporarily computing voice characteristics in RAM, without creating a persistent biometric template.
This feature is disabled by default and can only be enabled by the controller (customer organisation) after signing a dedicated DPA addendum and conducting a data protection impact assessment (DPIA). Technical arrangements, non-persistence safeguards and exact scope are detailed on the Sovereignty & GDPR page and in the downloadable DPA template (Annex 1 §A1.6 and Annex 3 §A3.9).
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and limits of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise these rights:
- For the public website: through the contact form
- For the platform: directly from
Réglages → Portabilité(full ZIP export, erasure)
Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority
Under GDPR Article 77, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. See the European Data Protection Board's authority directory. The CNIL is the French authority; choosing a language does not automatically designate the competent authority.
Hosting
Data hosted in France on sovereign infrastructure. No transfers outside the EU by default. An on-premise option allows sensitive organisations to deploy TranscribIA within their own infrastructure.
